David was born and raised in Vancouver and completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land at the University of British Columbia.
David started his career in 1991 and has gained a wide range of real estate experience since. This includes commercial leasing and sales, residential brokerage and project marketing, property management and development.
David oversees the property management and development activities of the Porte companies. Guided by the Porte Promises, he works on the strategic direction of the firm and is actively engaged in day-to-day operations.

Kerry is a graduate of Urban Land Economics and Finance at the University of British Columbia.
He has been active in real estate for over 20 years, assisting presidents and senior management at a number of private and public companies in all facets of development and finance.
Kerry is responsible for directing the development process. This includes property acquisition, conceptual planning and design, government approvals (environmental, O.C.P., rezoning, subdivision, development, building permits and site servicing), financing, marketing, sales and leasing.

| Grant came to Porte Development in January 2005 and has many years experience in the BC real estate community. He is active in all facets of Porte Development activities, including acquisitions, development and tenant improvements. |
